Organizational resilience is a construct that seeks to study the ability of an institution to respond effectively to adversity with innovative solutions. In this line, the objective of the research was to analyze the manifestations of organizational resilience in the directors of regular basic education schools in Metropolitan Lima during the post-pandemic. The application is based on a qualitative approach using the development of semi-structured interviews to collect information and a question guide as the main instrument, applied to three principals from different schools considering certain criteria for their selection.
