Abstract

The objective of this research assignment is to carry out a systematic review of the field of artificial intelligence in digital marketing in America during the period 2021–2023. The study will contain an extensive review of academic articles in which a relationship is identified between the previously mentioned points to understand the implications that this emerging technology will have in the future. The PRISMA method will be used with keyword terminology in Spanish, English, and Portuguese for searching in academic repositories. In this way, it will be possible to build a base of relevant sources to analyze the concepts proposed by expert authors and present their ideas in tables and figures where each investigation is differentiated. For this reason, this research assignment will play a critical role as a source of information for a new literary production to study the proposed topic in greater depth. Therefore, at the end of the systematic analysis, conclusions will be presented that encompass the results obtained from the reviewed works.
