Emotions and perceptions are fundamental not only for marketing but for life itself. One is always in contact with perceptions and emotions that must be managed and lived with. From mental health to business and interpersonal relationships, perception and emotion play a crucial role. Thus, a conflict arises between what is perceived and what is felt, which must be understood, comprehended and reflected upon. On the marketing side, it is important to understand emotion and perception in order to achieve the objectives not only of effectiveness but also of well-being that every product should assume and pursue.
